Keith F. Wolpert is a seasoned real estate professional with over three decades of experience in appraisal, brokerage, and consulting. Originally from New York City, Keith relocated to Puerto Rico in 1995, where he has since built a respected career in the island's dynamic real estate market. Specializing in working with clients from the US who would like to grow their business oppurtunity while having the tax benefits of owning a property in Puerto Rico.
My Story
Keith is the Principal of San Juan Realty Advisors, a firm he founded in 2000, offering specialized appraisal and advisory services for residential, commercial, industrial, hotel, and special-use properties throughout Puerto Rico. His valuation reports have supported investment financing, litigation, eminent domain cases, and property acquisitions and dispositions.

He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University (Penn State) in 1990 and began his career in New York City, working for firms such as Kenneth Leventhal & Company and PKF Consulting before making his move to the Caribbean.
An active Realtor member, Keith continues to stay at the forefront of the industry using MLS and by regularly attending seminars on topics such as green buildings, valuation of short-term rentals, expert witness practices, and the impact of natural disasters on real estate markets. Teaching himself Spanish while on the island Keith has the bilingual capabilty needed to strike a deal while keeping you in the loop and comfortable.
